The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa, has extended his warmest congratulations to His Lordship Most Rev. Dr. Jonas Benson Okoye, the Catholic Bishop of Nnewi Diocese, as he celebrates his birthday.
