Awka, Anambra - In an inspiring demonstration of unity and appreciation, the former party chairmen of Onitsha South Local Government Area convened earlier today to bestow a prestigious award of recognition upon the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Barr.
