  Edozie Njoku Spewed Lies on Channels TV Politics Today Program 

1. Edozie claimed the Supreme Court validated the Owerri Convention and recognized all executives of that convention from the national to the ward level.

   -  At the same time, he said the Supreme Court declared that the judgment of Birnin Kudu Jigawa that removed him was not justiciable. 

   - 🚫 The truth is that the only court that validated their shenanigans in Owerri was the one in Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State, which the Supreme Court set aside along with all its consequential orders, thereby nullifying anything previously recognized. 

   - ❌ Not just his removal, but anything that happened in Owerri brought before the court, since the leadership of a party is an internal affair of the political party.

2. *Edozie Njoku claimed Soludo doesn't like him because he has his own mind,* 

   - 🤔 As if he hasn’t already been known as an imposter.

3. *Edozie Njoku said that the court nullified the convention APGA held in Awka when APGA was not joined in the said suit,* 

   - ⚖️ Without stating that Oye was restrained alone from conducting the National Convention in said ruling, which has become academic since the revelation of the Supreme Court response on its judgment, which clearly stated that Njoku was not pronounced APGA National Chairman. 

   - 📜 The basis for such an order was on the interpretation of the Supreme Court judgment, which the Supreme Court response Edozie Njoku concealed. 

   - Meanwhile, APGA conducted the said convention and not Oye, since APGA was not joined in the said suit, which the court was maliciously misled into. 

   - ❓ Please, let’s ask Edozie Njoku, which National Chairman conducted the Owerri purported convention?

4. *Edozie Njoku said that the response from the Supreme Court was not new and was tendered by Oye at the FCT High Court and Supreme Court.* 

   - 🤷‍♂️ If that was the case, how did the FCT High Court convict Prof. Mahmoud Yakub, the INEC Chairman, when the same Supreme Court response stated that Mahmoud never committed any crime in not recognizing him?

5. *Edozie Njoku said that the Supreme Court response was tendered by Oye in courts and was not new,* 

   - 🧐 Even though the same document said the Supreme Court never made any consequential order recognizing him as the chairman in its judgment. 

   - Then, what is his basis for claiming he was recognized by the Supreme Court as APGA National Chairman in those courts he approached for interpretation and contempt charges against INEC? 

   - 📄 Which document did he refer to in courts if he never concealed it, being the first to obtain the said Supreme Court response?

6. *Edozie Njoku said he is conducting primaries for the Anambra Local Government Election.* 

   - When challenged by Seun Akinbaloye of Channels that it’s not the duty of a supposed National Chairman, he reverted to say he has an acting State Chairman in Anambra, which he claimed arose from the Owerri Convention. 

   - 😂 Owerri Convention now produces Acting National Chairman when we know he recently appointed Onyeulo in their comic series.

These people are out to scam innocent people. 🚫 Say NO to Njoku's scamming machines!
