The primary, which took place at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square, was conducted under a peaceful and well-organized atmosphere with 3,175 accredited delegates from across the 326 wards of the state. At the conclusion of voting, 3,172 valid votes were cast in favour of the incumbent Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo CFR, who emerged as the party’s flagbearer for the forthcoming November 2025 Anambra governorship election.
